This is not poetry by, about or anything to do with Afro
Americans or Africans.
It's all about a time in my life when I started to discover
that there is no light without the dark.
Dichotomies are things we have to work out in order to move
beyond them. These are my personal renderings of what it
feels like to begin to admit that I too have a dark side to
my moon, just like everyone.
